The PLT Division Lead Supervisor will:
Assist department manager in managing workforce with respect to training, discipline, manning and strategically structuring shift to shift trouble shooting. Assists process engineer in the continuous improvement , six sigma, TQM, TPM projects involving hourly workforce, manages the KAIZEN teams in his/hers area.
Basic Qualifications:
3-5 years of Supervisor Experience.
High School Diploma or GED.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $83,655 - $92,950 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.
Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
