Quality Assurance Specialist

▪Coordination and control of quality activities in production area in order to meet quality indicators;
▪Coordination and direct guidance of the QP in production;
▪ Leads activities for waste reduction projects in the production area by suggesting ideas for process improvement.
▪Responsibility to train and evaluate operators on quality topics, for their information and involvement in continuous quality improvement

▪ Analysis of internal and external complaints, follow-up of the implementation of corrective / preventive actions.

Knowledge of the production process
Knowledge of customer requirements for the process and product (ppm, cpk, R&R)
Knowledge of methods for identifying causes of deviations and failure analysis (5why, Ishikawa, A3, FMEA)
Knowledge of how to work in SAP
Knowledge of quality requirements for materials, processes and products
Knowledge of quality requirements and verification methods for product/process (CP, IL)
Experience in quality issues / handling customer complaints
English - Medium
