Are you passionate about social media, performance-driven strategies, and creating engaging content that drives results? We are looking for a Social Media Specialist to join our team at Continental Tires and help us bring our brand to life across digital platforms.

In this role, you’ll combine strategic thinking with creative execution, turning insights into engaging content and impactful campaigns. Your work will ensure that every post, ad, and strategy delivers measurable value to our brand and audience.

Your Responsibilities

• Social Media Strategy & Performance: Develop and implement the EMEA social media strategy, set objectives, track ROI, and manage paid campaigns and budgets to drive measurable results
• Content Creation & Engagement: Research trends, plan editorial calendars, and create engaging content (text, images, videos) to boost brand awareness and audience interaction
• Performance Monitoring: Establish and maintain systems to track content and platform performance, providing insights for continuous optimization
• Organization & Administration: Coordinate with agencies, manage tools like Hootsuite, organize editorial conferences, and ensure compliance with legal requirements

• Academic degree in related field or comparable qualification
• Proven experience in social media strategy, performance measurement, and data analytics
• Expertise with tools like Hootsuite, Facebook Business Manager, and PowerBI
• Fluent English language skills (written and spoken)
• Strong organizational and project management skills, including budget management
• A creative mindset with the ability to turn data insights into engaging campaigns
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, working across teams and regions
