Control Risks is seeking a proactive and results-oriented Marketing Manager for the Latin America (LATAM) region. This role is critical in executing the marketing strategy tailored specifically for this diverse and dynamic market. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in B2B marketing to enhance brand visibility, support revenue growth, and drive targeted campaigns that resonate with key audiences. The successful applicant will work closely with regional and global marketing teams, as well as local stakeholders, to ensure the effective deployment of marketing initiatives aligned with our business objectives in LATAM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns aimed at promoting Control Risks' services in the LATAM region.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify market opportunities and align marketing strategies with sales objectives.
- Conduct market research to gather insights on customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities to inform marketing approaches.
- Oversee the production of marketing materials that effectively communicate our value proposition and support lead generation efforts.
- Manage and execute events, webinars, and promotional activities to enhance client engagement and thought leadership.
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies based on performance metrics and feedback.
- Maintain strong relationships with local media, partners, and other stakeholders to facilitate successful marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within professional services.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns in the LATAM region.
- Strong understanding of regional market dynamics and customer behavior.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
- Experience working in a multicultural environment with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; an advanced degree is desirable.
