Data & BI Lead Analyst

We are looking for a highly motivated Data & BI Lead Analyst to join our Operations team. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining and enhancing our Business Intelligence (BI) and data analytics capabilities, owning and managing our core product's data and leading the integration of our partners on our SaaS platform. You will cooperate with the Technology, Product Solutions and Client Services Teams and your work will directly contribute to our product's continuous maintenance and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Core Analytics & Reporting
• Design and manage delivery of automated and on-demand reporting solutions (data extraction, analysis, visualization)
• Enhance and customize existing BI dashboards and analytics reports
• Data Quality & Platform Support
• Oversee core product data management and processing
• Establish and maintain data quality procedures and automations to identify and resolve discrepancies
• Support basic partner data integration into our SaaS platform
• Suggest improvements for data ingestion and transformation workflows

Must have:

• More than 1 year of similar working experience
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or other related fields
• Proficiency in written and spoken Greek and English
• Strong SQL skills
• Experience with a BI tool (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
• Basic Python knowledge for data analysis
• Experience in automating routine data tasks
