America is often called a patchwork nation, made up of nationalities from far and wide. In Cookpad we want to celebrate that patchwork, and support a community of creators proud to share and preserve the richness of culinary heritage.

The  new role of Content Creator Talent Specialist will lead our growth plans in the US. We are looking for someone with US-based online community experience to identify and bring to our platform a community wanting to share their creative cooking content.

This is a fully remote role from within the US.

Your responsibilities will include : 

• Identify and recruit talented content creators from various platforms like Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, as well as those active in traditional publishing and real-world settings.
• Build and maintain relationships with creators who have a passion for cooking.
• Develop strategies to attract and onboard these creators to our recipe-sharing platform.
• Promote their content effectively to reach a wider audience.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance visibility and engagement

What we are looking for:

If you have experience in the following we would like to hear from you: 

• Proven experience in recruiting content creators or influencers, both online and in traditional publishing or real-world environments.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends and traditional media.
• A successful track record creating a place where people can exchange goods, creation, skills or information.
• Experience in digital marketing, content promotion and community building.
• Working creator-side to bring creative community content online and deliver it to the right people. 
• Kick-started a creator platform in the US and grew it. 

Other skills we value:

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Deep understanding of the needs (and unmet needs) on other platforms to provide frontline feedback to product developers so they focus on the right things.

Familiarity with the cooking community is a plus along with a personal alignment with the Cookpad mission and the power of cooking.
