Pricing Program Analyst

Job Description

Overview:   

As a Sr Pricing Analyst, you will be a key driver in creating and refining our organization's incentive programs targeted at external customers. Your role will involve analyzing program data, evaluating their effectiveness, and providing insights to enhance customer engagement, loyalty, and overall business growth. Collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams, you will ensure that our customer incentive programs align with strategic objectives and deliver value to both customers and the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze customer incentive program data to measure their impact on customer behavior, sales, and revenue generation.
  • Develop and maintain reporting systems that track the performance and ROI of customer incentive programs, providing actionable insights for program optimization.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate the success and impact of customer incentive programs to internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to design compelling incentive program structures that motivate customers to increase purchasing, referrals, or other desired behaviors.
  • Partner with Finance to ensure accurate tracking, calculation, and timely distribution of incentives to customers.
  • Manage builder rebate programs, including strategy, renewal process and quarterly calculations and payment. 
  • Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to propose innovative incentive program strategies that enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Assist in the development of program communication materials to effectively convey program details and benefits to customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the customer incentive program framework
  • Analyze customer incentive program data to measure their impact on customer behavior, sales, and revenue generation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Proven experience in data analysis, ideally with a focus on customer incentive program evaluation, sales operations, or marketing analytics.
  • Proficiency in data manipulation, analysis, and visualization tools such as Excel, SQL, and business intelligence platforms.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights that drive customer engagement.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey complex insights to internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance with incentive program guidelines.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional environment, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to evolving business needs.
