Administrative Assistant - Satellite

Employee retirement results in our search for an administrative assistant within the Altoona location of Adult Parole and Probation. Our hire will provide office management and administrative support to this office location; maintain daily office visit list; ensure adequate drug-testing supplies; prepare various reports and correspondence; and maintain confidentiality.

Qualified applicants must hold a high school diploma or GED and have at least two years’ experience in a lead administrative role. Candidates must also have effective communications skills (both verbal and written), abilities to maintain effective interpersonal relations with internal and external customers, attention to detail, comfort and productivity working independently, proficiency with computer programs used to perform essential duties, and ability to work under pressure, handling multiple priorities.
