Fabrication Technician - Vacuum Forming

We're looking for a driven individual with a keen eye for detail to join our growing team in the fabrication of our DOC Band. In the Vacuum Forming role you are playing an integral part in the fabrication process of our DOC Band to help reshape the lives of children. If you enjoy working with your hands, have an interest in learning in a collaborative setting, and have a positive attitude, a role on our team may be a great fit for you!

In Vacuum Forming you will be shaping the band to custom fit each individual baby's head!

Not only will you be able to make a difference in a child's life, but you will also enjoy our unique work environment:

Work Monday - Friday, with no shift work, no nights, and rare weekend work. (Typical schedule is 6:00AM - 2:30PM or 6:30AM - 3:00PM)
We will train you to perform the work and help make you successful in the position with a typical 6 week training period.
Work inside (in the A/C) our brand new fabricating area located in Chandler and that is one of the cleanest in Arizona!

Qualifications:

Works well with a partner.
Keen eye for detail
Hand eye coordination and ability to work with your hands!
If you have an artist’s eye for detail, like to craft or create on your own time, or have played sports - all are useful skills!
Ability to stand for long periods of time
High School Diploma or equivalent
Prior manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
