Field Operations Coordinator – Sales & Compliance (Bilingual – English/Spanish)

CRD Careers has partnered with a leading provider in the driver safety and compliance software industry in their search for a Field Operations Coordinator in the New York area.

This is a hybrid role that blends sales support, customer engagement, and field compliance auditing. It’s ideal for someone who’s bilingual (English/Spanish), thrives in a client-facing role, and knows how to keep things running smoothly on the ground.

What You’ll Be Doing:

✅ Conduct in-person meetings with customers 3–4 days per week
✅ Ensure compliance with New York-specific industry regulations
✅ Present and demo products and services to potential customers
✅ Partner with sales and compliance teams to streamline operations
✅ Perform on-site audits and evaluations to ensure service alignment
✅ Maintain records of meetings, audit results, and sales opportunities
✅ Collaborate with internal teams (sales, support, ops) to meet client needs
✅ Contribute to team meetings with insights, trends, and feedback

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ 2+ years of experience in sales coordination, compliance, or field operations (B2B software a plus)
✔️ Bilingual – Fluent in English and Spanish
✔️ Tech-comfortable: CRM tools like HubSpot, plus Microsoft Office
✔️ Detail-driven, organized, and cool under pressure
✔️ Excellent verbal/written communication skills
✔️ Able to travel locally across NYC boroughs
