Title: Mobile Response Team LVN/LPT

Job Duties: The Mobile Response Team LVN/LPT ensures we provide safe, effective, and compassionate responses to individuals during a mental health crisis. The Mobile Response Team LVN/LPT will respond to calls from dispatch involving a mental health crisis in various settings. They must travel to the caller's location and provide crisis intervention services, including assessing and documenting holds. The Mobile Response Team LVN/LPT will also supervise the Peer Specialist as part of the Mobile Response Team (MRT).

Schedule: Full-Time: Overnight 

Qualifications:

  • Current licensure in California as an LVN/LPT.
  • Previous experience in mental health nursing is preferred.
  • Current CPR and first aid certifications.
  • Knowledge of DBT, WRAP, and Psychosocial Rehabilitation principles is preferred.
  • Valid Driver’s License.

About the Mobile Response Team: The Crestwood Behavioral Health Mobile Response Team (MRT) provides community-based interventions for those experiencing a mental health crisis. Our team can deploy into the community to provide crisis intervention, de-escalation, and stabilization. The MRT is staffed by Licensed/Registered Mental Health Counselors and Peer Specialists who can provide services throughout Lompoc and Santa Barbara County, including residences, parks, shelters, schools, and hospitals. The goal of the MRT is to de-escalate the crisis and safely connect individuals with mental health care and resources.

The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity. 
Pay Range:
$40$44 USD
