We’re now hiring a full-time recruiter to help us scale our go-to-market (GTM) team, which spans technical, marketing, and senior leadership roles across engineering, growth, and product. Many of these roles sit at the intersection of AI and the creative space, so we’re looking for someone who understands the nuances of hiring for teams that balance aesthetic sensibility with deep technical skill.
You’ll be responsible for identifying talent that can thrive in a visually-driven, B2B SaaS company building creative AI products.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with founders and hiring managers to define hiring needs across engineering, marketing, and GTM functions
- Own end-to-end hiring for roles such as:
- Engineering: VP of Engineering, Lead Engineers, AI/ML Engineers
- Marketing: Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, Marketing Ops
- GTM: Senior Leadership, Creative AI specialists, Customer Success, RevOps
- Source candidates who operate at the intersection of technical depth and creative sensibility, especially in AI-driven tools for visual/creative domains
- Proactively headhunt using LinkedIn Recruiter, outbound automation, referrals, and your own network
- Automate and personalize outreach to increase engagement
- Use ChatGPT to create screening questions, evaluate responses, and assist in resume reviews
- Screen high volumes of applicants daily with sharp judgment and fast triage
- Maintain a clean pipeline in Workable, Ashby, or any ATS we use
- Provide weekly updates on pipeline status and hiring progress
You’re a Fit If You
- Have 3+ years of experience hiring for B2B SaaS roles in startups or fast-paced teams
- Know how to find and close candidates who balance engineering depth and creative thinking
- Are fluent in LinkedIn Recruiter and know how to automate outreach using tools like PhantomBuster or Instantly
- Use ChatGPT or similar tools to generate smart questions and help screen faster
- Can process dozens of profiles per day without sacrificing quality
- Have strong negotiation skills to manage competing offers, drive candidates to close, and ensure they actually join
- Are comfortable in ambiguity and know how to push things forward in a startup environment
- Are proactive, reliable, and communicate well in async, remote-first setups
