Consumer Insight Specialist

The Consumer Insight Specialist oversees photo submissions, operational survey submissions, and documentation of the weekly test desserts. This position aids in assisting the Sr. Menu Launch Manager to report on all findings of recipe wins and losses, operational issues, and quality standards as they relate to our Test Program. Utilizing Crumbl tools, this position ensures that Crumbl procedures are implemented, practiced, and documented as requested.

• Following up via corporate comms channels with the testing stores on gathering required weekly content
• Creating and organizing weekly reports per test product, consisting of required photo submissions and franchise partner operational surveys
• Compiling data and submitting reports to the Sr. Menu Launch Manager
• Distributing weekly operational surveys to the Test Stores
• Distributing weekly cookie talking points and flashcards to the Test Stores
• Using troubleshooting techniques to help stores in need of SOS assistance during testing
• Responsible for communicating with the Menu Council and assisting with troubleshooting.
• Helps assist with Time Cost data collection. 
• Helps assist with cross-team and executive reporting.
• Work in the test kitchen baking desserts for internal taste tests.

• Crumbl Franchise or similar network experience strongly preferred
• Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal
• Demonstrated ability to create structure and prioritize work
• Comfortable working in a fast paced, results-oriented culture
• Flexible and adaptable—able to work and thrive in ambiguity
• Advanced time management skills and ability to multitask with different priority and task levels
• Strong technical skills (Google Drive, Monday, Canva, Baking Equipment, etc)
• Adaptable communication skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels
