We are committed to providing the highest level of service in the powersports industry. For us, that means staffing knowledgeable full-time Parts and Accessories Associates (Sr. Parts Associates) that are passionate about the industry and ready and waiting to consistently deliver upon that commitment.
This role reports into the Parts and Accessories Manager.
What you get to do every day: - The Parts Associate will be responsible for achieving monthly and annual goals set by Management
- Greets and handles over-the-counter customers in a friendly manner
- Gives first priority to over-the-counter customers, telephone customers provided second priority
- Suggests other items to customers to ensure they are being given an opportunity to purchase all items they require
- Handle requests for parts from service department
- Check in and receive parts and accessories shipments
- Match and staple purchase order and bill of lading and forward to Parts Manager
- Stock items received
- Notify customers of receipt of special orders by phone. If not picked up within 5 business days, notify customers via postcard. If not picked up within 5 business days notify Parts Manager
- Box and ship special orders to customers
- Abide by all dealership policies pertaining to the department including general housekeeping
- Follow company dress codes and be well groomed at all times
- Any other specific duties deemed necessary for the overall success of the department and the dealership as a whole
- Maintain a positive working relationship with all other employees.
What you bring to the role:- Customer-first mindset
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of six months service experience in any industry (customer service preferred)
- In depth knowledge and use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Exchange etc.), Outlook (email and calendar) and Google suite (Drive, Sheets, Documents, etc.)
- Basic mechanical knowledge of at least one of the rider segments that we sell to/storefronts (Dirt, Street, ATV, Utility ATV, UTV, Cruiser)
- Basic knowledge of powersports soft goods & gear
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Proactive mindset and creative problem solving skills
Schedule: - Tuesday-Friday 8:30am-6pm, Saturday 8:30am-4pm

Physical Demands, Visual Acuity & Working Environment- The noise level in the work environment is occasionally loud
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- May be required to push and/or balance a 600 lb+ recreational vehicle
- Ability to use keyboard and computer for extended length of time
- The ability to spend the majority of the day on your feet
Working Conditions: - The Parts Associate will potentially be exposed to:
- Battery acid
- Gasoline
- Chemical cleaning materials or
- Other toxic materials commonly found in a motor vehicle place of business.
