As a key leader within Cubic³’s marketing team, the Senior Manager of Global PR & AR is responsible for shaping and executing a strategic global media plan designed to elevate the Cubic³ brand and secure impactful coverage in top-tier publications. This role also leads global analyst relations, fostering strong partnerships with influential industry analysts from leading firms such as Gartner. Additionally, this position plays a central role in crafting and maintaining corporate messaging, ensuring consistent and aligned communication across internal and external audiences.

- Develop & Lead B2B PR Strategy
- Own, develop and execute a successful PR programme that supports commercial and growth goals across EMEA, the US and APAC (working with SoftBank).
- Evaluate target audiences to develop PR campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate customers and buyers through high-quality earned media.
- Secure high-impact media placements in top-tier trade, tech and business outlets.
- Oversee creation of high-quality, well written and compelling copy including press releases, blogs and social media posts.
- Develop and maintain a clear, compelling, and differentiated messaging framework that reflects the company’s vision and value propositions.
- Ensure messaging is aligned with business goals, audience needs and market dynamics.
- Develop messaging toolkits, briefing docs, and Q&A guides for spokespeople.
- Provide media and messaging training to ensure confident and aligned delivery across interviews, events and panel discussions.
- Position senior leaders as industry experts through bylines, press interviews, speaking engagements, and social media presence.
- Develop speaking and awards calendars for industry conferences and forums.
- Lead communications for product launches, partnerships, and market expansion.
- Work closely with product marketing and Cubic³’s innovation team to translate technical capabilities into compelling narratives.
- Manage external PR agency partner and media monitoring tools.
- Set KPIs, review performance, and ensure agency efforts align with business goals.
- Define success metrics and report on media coverage, share of voice, sentiment, and PR campaign performance.
- Leverage data to continually refine strategies and demonstrate ROI.
- Own the PR budget, allocating spend effectively across campaigns, tools, and agency support.
- Design and implement a comprehensive global analyst relations strategy that aligns with business priorities, product roadmaps, and go-to-market initiatives.
- Position the company as a category leader across key analyst channels and reports.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influential analysts at firms such as Gartner, IDC, SBD Automotive, Wards Intelligence, and others.
- Serve as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and external analysts.
What we think, you’ll need to be successful
- 7–10+ years of PR, communications and AR experience in B2B tech, ideally in high-growth or enterprise SaaS, cloud, cybersecurity, AI, etc.
- Proven success developing and leading strategic PR campaigns that drive brand awareness, media visibility, and thought leadership in the tech industry.
- Exceptional storytelling and messaging skills, with a sharp ability to simplify complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for non-technical audiences.
- Strong media relationships across tech, business, and trade publications — and a track record of securing coverage in top-tier outlets.
- Experience as a strategic partner to executives, including prepping for media interviews, events, and public speaking opportunities.
- Leadership and team-building abilities, whether working with internal teams or managing agency partners, with a collaborative and solution-oriented approach.
- Comfort with data and measurement, using insights to evaluate campaign performance, iterate messaging, and demonstrate PR impact.
- A proactive mindset — you spot opportunities before they arise, pitch new ideas confidently, and move quickly to execute.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives, deadlines, and stakeholders with ease.
