As the Social Media Lead, you will craft innovative strategies, take charge of content creation, and lead campaigns that align with our broader marketing objectives. Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and online presence across platforms like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others.
• Content Creation: Develop engaging and platform-specific content to ensure high-quality communication and resonance with target audiences.
• Content Calendar Management: Oversee the social media content calendar, ensuring consistent and relevant posts aligned with marketing campaigns and product launches.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of social media specialists, combining strategic direction with hands-on content production to drive active engagement.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, PR, and product teams to align social media campaigns with corporate milestones and launches.
• Performance Analysis: Manage social media reporting and analytics, providing actionable insights and adjusting strategies to optimize engagement and outcomes.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on emerging trends in social media tools, channels, and strategies to maintain a competitive and innovative approach.
• Influencer Engagement: Build relationships with key influencers and thought leaders to expand community outreach and strengthen influencer partnerships.
• Strategic Execution: Balance hands-on execution with long-term strategic planning to achieve social media and organizational objectives.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience: 5+ years of social media management experience, with a proven track record of managing multiple platforms, growing followers, and driving audience engagement.
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in major social media platforms, content management systems, and analytics tools, with a strong understanding of KPIs, web traffic metrics, and SEO.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional English communication skills, including content creation and writing abilities.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Results-Driven: Demonstrated ability to produce actionable performance reports and adjust strategies based on analytics.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience leading a social media team, especially in a healthcare tech or fast-paced tech environment.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva for creating visually compelling content.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic web design principles to collaborate effectively with development teams.
