Marketing Operations Specialist

We’re seeking a hands-on Marketing Operations Specialist to take full ownership of our marketing technology infrastructure. This role is focused on systems and operations—think CRM workflows, automation, integrations, lead enrichment, analytics, and performance tracking—not growth or content marketing.

You’ll be responsible for managing and optimizing HubSpot and ensuring seamless coordination between marketing, sales, and external tools like Clay, Seamless.ai, Hunter.io, and Webflow to keep our automation and attribution engines running smoothly.

🛠️ What You’ll Do

📬 HubSpot CRM & Automation

  • Build, manage, and optimize workflows for both inbound and outbound lead nurturing.
  • Develop lead scoring, segmentation, tagging, and lifecycle stage automation for effective MQL/SQL tracking.
  • Set up and maintain campaign tracking, UTM tagging, and custom properties.
  • Integrate HubSpot with forms, chatbots (Intercom), and ad platforms.

📈 Lead Enrichment & List Management

  • Automate lead workflows using tools such as Clay, Hunter.io, and Seamless.ai.
  • Perform email verification and enrichment using Clearbit, Neverbounce, etc.
  • Ensure CRM hygiene and maintain high-quality, structured contact-level data.

📊 Marketing Analytics & Reporting

  • Create and manage dashboards in Google Looker Studio and HubSpot.
  • Monitor campaign performance, CAC, conversion rates, and attribution models.
  • Collaborate with sales to surface high-intent leads and optimize follow-up strategies.

🔗 Integrations & Workflow Automation

  • Manage integrations and data flow between HubSpot, Webflow, Clay, GA4, GTM, and Intercom.
  • Work with developers to handle API integrations and troubleshoot any automation issues.

What You’ll Need

Experience & Education

  • 3+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, RevOps, or Marketing Automation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related STEM discipline.

Tool Mastery

  • Deep understanding of HubSpot Marketing Hub (workflows, scoring, analytics). Certification is a plus.
  • Experience with lead enrichment tools: Clay, Seamless.ai, Hunter.io, Clearbit, Apollo.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.
  • Knowledge of Webflow CMS and form/web integrations.
  • Experience working with Intercom workflows.

Bonus Points

  • Experience supporting growth marketing teams with campaign operations.
  • Basic HTML skills or the ability to troubleshoot GTM tags using browser dev tools.
