Responsibilities
- Provide advanced onsite technical support, specializing in troubleshooting complex hardware, software, and network issues for clients.
- Handle escalated technical cases, ensuring quick resolution and minimal downtime.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and network infrastructures, ensuring optimal performance.
- Diagnose and resolve critical technical problems with a focus on efficiency and precision.
- Offer exceptional customer service by engaging with clients in a professional manner, providing solutions for both technical and non-technical users.
- Maintain detailed records of service requests, resolutions, and follow-up actions within the ticketing system.
- Perform proactive maintenance and system updates, ensuring ongoing system reliability and security.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot complex issues and implement effective solutions.
- Provide end-user training on hardware, software, and system features, assisting with their technical understanding.
- Keep abreast of new technologies and continuously improve troubleshooting and technical skills.
- Proven experience in IT support field service or technical support roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, Mac OS, and various networking protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
- Experience with troubleshooting complex issues involving both hardware and software, including critical application support.
- Solid understanding of common software applications, virtualization, and cloud technologies.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional, ITIL Foundation) are highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
- Strong customer service orientation and effective communication skills, particularly with non-technical clients.
- Ability to lift and transport computer equipment, with some physical tasks required.
- Fluency in both Slovenian and English, written and spoken, is essential.
- Must be able to declare a Criminal Record no older than 3 months.
