The Field Ops Support Technician Role:

We are seeking an experienced Field Operations Support Technician to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for:

• Testing Darkhive hardware and software products.
• Submitting bug reports / tickets to development teams.
• Assisting in product documentation development.
• Coordinating product demonstrations for end-users during exercises, expo's, and company events.
• Augment Business Development team and support DoD exercise and demonstrations, up to 50% of the time.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Program Management, and Business Development.

Qualifications you bring:

• San Antonio Local OR willing to relocate
• Part 107 Qualified
• 3+ years piloting drones
• 3+ years of experience in TAK family of systems
• ATAK, WinTAK, TAK Server
• 3+ years of experience with Government / DoD
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with ability to operate independently while improving current processes
• Ability to travel up to 50%
• Valid passport

·        Eligibility to work in the United States.

Bonus Qualifications:

• Network certification (within last 5 years)
• Understanding of software development life cycle
• Software Tool Experience – JIRA, Confluence, Git
• Proficient in Linux
• Experience in the robotics, aerospace, or defense industries
• Active DoD Security Clearance
• Military Veteran
