Junior Marketing Analyst

Renewal by Andersen is the replacement division of the 120-year-old Andersen Corporation. Andersen is the oldest and largest window and door manufacturer in North America. We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Marketing Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data to identify market trends, create marketing strategies, and drive business growth. As a Marketing Analyst, you will play a crucial role in helping our company make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing campaigns and increase customer acquisition and retention.


Duties and responsibilities
  • Data Analysis: Perform thorough data analysis by querying databases, conducting statistical analysis, and using data visualization tools to present key findings to stakeholders.
  • Insights and Reporting: Utilize analytical techniques to interpret large datasets and generate actionable insights, which will help in making informed business decisions.
  • Automation: Develop and implement automated data pipelines, workflows, and tools to streamline data collection, processing, and reporting processes.
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation across departments, contributing to overall operational efficiency.
  • Data Cleaning and Validation: Ensure data accuracy and consistency by cleansing and validating data from various sources, thus improving the quality of analytical outputs.
  • Predictive Modeling: Create predictive models to forecast trends, identify patterns, and anticipate future business needs, contributing to proactive decision-making.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest data analytics tools, technologies, and industry best practices, incorporating new knowledge into your daily tasks.
  • Collaborative Projects: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their analytical requirements and provide support in delivering data-driven solutions.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field
  • Proven experience in Analytics or a similar role
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools, such as Excel, SQL, R, and Tableau
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Strong communication and presentation skills

$55,000 - $65,000 a year
