WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING | THE ROLE
  • You will be the hub of the sales team, providing exceptional support
  • Manage the comprehensive and complex lead management and appointment scheduling process in coordination with our Sales Manager
  • Coordinate communication between sales and marketing, operations, and other team members
  • Project review and processing (contract, deposit verification, change of work order, Docusign or similar)
  • Assist with sales support, project coordination, creating and maintaining documentation, and accommodating user requests
  • Manage the warehouse space and organization for the sales team
  • Maintains existing sales reports and designs new reports as needed
  • Additional administrative projects where necessary

  • Technical Capacity; data driven professional that is comfortable using information to drive our sales process
  • Entrepreneurial; proactive self-starter
  • Strong Organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow
  • Versatile and flexible
  • Ability to work and contribute in a team environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Microsoft Office Suite experience is required. Must be able to create professional business correspondence in Word, organize tracking spreadsheets in Excel and use Outlook for communication and calendaring
  • Knowledge of CRM (Salesforce) tools is a plus
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field preferred


WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU | BENEFITS
  • $20-$24/hr.
