The role of the Customer Support Agent involves proactively assisting and serving customers with their conveyancing needs. This role will primarily support our Sales and Legal teams by handling inquiries, assisting with client onboarding, and addressing additional administrative tasks that arise during the process.
This position is ideal for individuals interested in transitioning into a Sales role, as it offers an opportunity to learn about our business operations, sales processes, and client interactions. Over time, high-performing candidates will gain exposure to sales, allowing them to develop the necessary skills and experience to progress into a sales-focused role within the company. Supported by a comprehensive onboarding and training process, you will work as part of a team providing service and support to our customers all over Australia, as well as your colleagues (in Australia and the Philippines).
