Job Description

The role of the Customer Support Agent involves proactively assisting and serving customers with their conveyancing needs. This role will primarily support our Sales and Legal teams by handling inquiries, assisting with client onboarding, and addressing additional administrative tasks that arise during the process. 

This position is ideal for individuals interested in transitioning into a Sales role, as it offers an opportunity to learn about our business operations, sales processes, and client interactions. Over time, high-performing candidates will gain exposure to sales, allowing them to develop the necessary skills and experience to progress into a sales-focused role within the company. Supported by a comprehensive onboarding and training process, you will work as part of a team providing service and support to our customers all over Australia, as well as your colleagues (in Australia and the Philippines).

As a Customer Support, you will be responsible for:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing prompt and professional assistance.
  • Support the Sales and Legal teams by managing administrative tasks related to client onboarding and document processing.
  • Ensure clients receive clear and accurate information about our conveyancing services.
  • Handle follow-ups with potential clients to ensure their questions are answered and assist in converting inquiries into sales opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance customer experience.
  • Identify common customer concerns and suggest improvements to enhance service delivery.
  • Assist with ad-hoc duties as required to support the smooth operation of the business.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess the necessary skills below:

  • Able to deliver excellent performance in a high volume sales environment
  • Able to speak and write in English fluently - strong communication, persuasion and interpersonal skill
  • Highly motivated and results oriented
  • A proven track record in hitting sales targets
  • 2-3 years of direct customer contact (written and phone-based) experience working with Australian / NZ, US or UK customers
  • Experience in building and maintaining client relations
  • Good work attitude, self-driven and proactive in generating sales
  • Confidence to work independently and in a team environment
  • Expertise in Microsoft 365 applications

WORKING LOCATION AND REQUIREMENTS

This role works mostly in a WORK-FROM-HOME SETUP and to be considered for this opportunity you must be able to demonstrate your home working environment is as follows:

  • conducive home office (free from noise and distraction)
  • main internet: wired internet of at least 50mbps
  • reliable back up internet: at least 10mbps speed
