JOB PURPOSE:
The Dynatrace Sales & Pre-Sales Specialist will drive business development, technical presentations, and sales enablement for Dynatrace solutions. The role involves building relationships with enterprise customers, responding to RFPs, facilitating PoCs, and ensuring alignment with customer needs.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and execute sales strategies to promote Dynatrace within target industries.
• facilitate technical presentations and product demos for executive stakeholders.
• Work closely with solution architects and engineers to position Dynatrace effectively.
• Drive Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and customer engagement sessions.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create sales collateral and case studies.
• Manage customer objections, RFP responses, and licensing discussions.
• Track and analyze competitive market trends related to APM and observability.
• Support Dynatrace partner enablement programs and sales training initiatives.
• Position Dynatrace Managed (On-Premise) as a key solution for enterprise observability, ensuring alignment with security and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with technical teams to develop Proof of Concept (PoC) deployments showcasing Dynatrace's AI-driven automation and real-time monitoring capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, IT Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in technical sales, pre-sales, or enterprise software sales.
