We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of GTM & Partnerships to lead and expand our strategic GTM relationships. In this pivotal role, you will initially design an operating approach then identify, develop, and nurture partnerships that drive business growth, enhance our brand, and deliver measurable impact.
Key responsibilities
Strategic Partnership Development
Creating the initial design of a strategic framework, establishing core objectives, principles, and structures to drive organisational alignment and decision-making..
Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential partnership opportunities that align with the company’s strategic goals.
Design and implement a comprehensive partnership strategy to drive growth and innovation.
Relationship Management
Build and nurture strong relationships with key partners, stakeholders, and decision-makers.
Act as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring alignment, satisfaction, and mutual value creation.
Negotiation and Contract Management
Lead negotiations to establish partnership agreements
Oversee the legal and financial aspects of partnership contracts.
Collaboration and Integration
Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Operations teams to ensure seamless integration of partnerships.
Drive internal awareness and support for partnership initiatives.
Performance Monitoring and Optimization
Define KPIs to measure partnership success and analyse performance data to inform decisions.
Continuously optimize partnerships to maximize ROI and mutual benefits.
Market Analysis and Trend Identification
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify emerging partnership opportunities.
Stay informed about industry developments to maintain a competitive edge.
Essential requirements
Knowledge of the Private Markets industry
Significant experience in senior Partnerships, Business Development, or Strategy roles.
Proven ability to develop and execute successful partnership strategies
Exceptional interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of securing impactful partnership agreements.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate value propositions effectively.
Analytical mindset to assess partnership opportunities, performance metrics, and ROI.
