Conduct outbound communication with potential vendors via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
Clearly present the company value proposition, including our digital platform, logistics and payments support, and global buyer access.
Qualify leads based on defined criteria and schedule meetings for the business development team
Maintain accurate records and lead statuses in the CRM system (e.g., HubSpot or Zoho)
Provide frontline insights from supplier conversations to improve sales strategy and outreach quality
3 - 5 years of experience in Sales Development, Inside Sales, Customer Service or Tele-sales — ideally in B2B, SaaS, or e-commerce
Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic
Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in speaking with senior business owners or factory representatives
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) is a strong plus
Interest in Egypt’s manufacturing and export ecosystem is a bonus
