Corporate Partnership Intern

Job Summary: To provide support and add value across corporate partnerships team and representing the organization in a positive manner.

Duties & Responsibilities

Assist with all Corporate Partnerships initiatives by:

• Supporting Partnership Marketing team in the execution of partnership agreements, including, but not limited to partner events, sweepstakes, hospitality, traditional media, and more
• Assisting in the planning and execution of activations throughout the 2025 Broncos season including Training Camp, Broncos home games, and additional events as they occur
• Supporting Partnership Marketing team with gameday related responsibilities including onsite partner activations, VIP hosting, client communication, and more
• Assisting in the development of proof of performance and reporting documents while supporting the creation of research presentations, partnership collateral, and end of year recaps for corporate partners
• Providing support during development and execution of select marketing and special events
• Managing relationships and processes while working closely with various internal stakeholders and departments on execution of gameday and non-gameday partnership elements
• Daily computer work, PowerPoint documents, spreadsheets, etc.

Assist with all Corporate Partnerships Sales initiatives by:

• Prospecting new potential clients and setting up calls/meetings
• Researching industry and market trends and identifying new opportunities to engage potential partners
• Assist Business Intelligence / Sales to score and identify new business leads based on various campaigns
• Utilize in-depth market research to evaluate best practices, category/sponsor trends, and the competitive landscape to contribute to the sales process
• Preparing company overview reports and executive backgrounds for meetings and presentations
• Collecting contact information for potential key decision makers
• Attending prospect and current client meetings
• Developing sales presentations and collateral

Assist corporate partnership with essential administrative tasks by:

• Handling all incoming and outgoing mail out of the executive offices – postage, packaging, tracking, etc.
• Purchasing and inventory management of office supplies for department including break room
• Maintaining an organized, clean, and professional workspace at all times
• Management of main department phone line, directing calls and messages where necessary

Contributes to the team effort by performing other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• Completed bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
• Ability to work all Broncos home games, nights/weekends, and keep a flexible schedule

In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected salary for this position is $18.81/hour.
