ABOUT YOU

SEO Account Coordinators should have between 6 months to 2 years of hands-on SEO experience. In this role, you  should be able to explain the purpose of SEO and provide tactical support on all assigned-SEO accounts. Account Coordinators should also be able to participate on calls and meetings, produce all reporting, and complete major deliverables with support from the manager. You must possess the determination to work autonomously while also having the communication skills necessary to collaborate effectively within our dynamic team.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Client responsibilities are general tasks involved with supporting clients and their respective projects and/or teams. 
  • Meetings: ACs are expected to create and send call agendas, attend client meetings and take and distribute call notes/action items.
  • Reporting: Produce all weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly reporting for all assigned clients. 
  • Project Management: Actively manages time so that assigned projects and deliverables are completed on time, based on manager expectations. 
  • Deliverables: Provide production support for all deliverables listed within project plan as well as ad-hoc requests. ACs should provide a completed draft of all work products, including standard deliverables, SEO audits, CRO research, test plans, and SEO project plans. ACs should have a working knowledge of how to complete: 
    • Technical Site Audits
    • On-Page Audit
    • Content Gap Analysis
    • Keyword Research & Mapping
    • Meta Data & Body Copy Optimizations
    • Monthly/Weekly/Quarterly Reporting
    • App Store Audits & Reporting
    • Conversion Research (e.g. Heuristic Analysis, User Research, Visual Analytics, and Competitive Analysis)
  • Quality Assurance (QA): Actively conduct his/her own QA for his/her own work, prior to manager delivery. This includes checking for product inaccuracies, grammar, and ensuring that deliverable accurately supports briefs. 
  • Analyzing trends and data within SEO analytical tools, including Ahrefs, Moz, Semrush, Majestic, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console, to compare our clients' performance with their competitive set.

You’ll need to have:

  • A minimum of 6 months to 2 years of relevant, hands-on SEO experience
  • Proficiency in analytical and reporting skills, with expertise in PowerPoint, Excel (pivot tables/vlookup), and Word.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities, allowing you to handle multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • A creative mindset, enabling you to devise unique outreach strategies for sustained client success.

Additional things that will impress us:

  • Previous account management experience.
  • A passion for marketing and creativity, coupled with the eagerness to learn and thrive in the SEO field.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and self-starter attitude, capable of working both independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.

TAKE INTO ACCOUNT:

  • You will have to communicate with your team members abroad, therefore fluency in English and excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) are a must for this role
  • This opening requires you to be open to work approximately 2-3 times a week from one of our offices located in Villa Crespo
