This role is part of our Personalised Content team. We create emotive yet conversion-focused ideas, products and campaigns at scale and speed. Our specialty is hyper-personalised, digital communications that change perceptions, shape new behaviours, and shift market share for our clients including eBay, Uber, Walmart, and more!
JOB PURPOSE
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the client services team towards successful campaign delivery.
Working closely with designers, copywriters, developers and other parts of the agency, you will review creative and HTML builds against client briefs. You will support senior staff with admin duties and where possible show use of initiative. You will be required to create presentations and decks for clients and internal meetings.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supporting the eBay UK team to execute onsite marketing & promotions plans
- Ensure client requirements are met whilst protecting DEPT® brand values
- End to end execution of campaigns managing eBay and DEPT stakeholders to meet briefing deadlines and ensure campaigns are delivered on time, from creative brief to publishing campaigns onsite in the back end of the system
- Ensure high standards are maintained and add value wherever possible
- Supporting the team in identifying opportunities to optimise campaigns
- Participate in washup sessions to evaluate marketing campaigns success
- Escalate to senior management with internal and external issues and events that might impact accounts positively or negatively
- Ensure client deadlines are met across multiple campaigns
- Liaise with clients, clarifying questions, managing expectations and proactively communicating status, updates or agency recommendations
- Clearly and effectively distill and transfer client feedback to designers, copywriters
- Other ad-hoc tasks in support of retail marketing team
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Extremely organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work within short timeframes and meet deadlines with ease and efficiency, successfully managing schedules and priorities

- Moderate understanding of production and interactive processes
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Superb planning and organisation ability
- Ability to manage and develop client and supplier relationships
- Basic understanding of financials to effectively report campaign budgets
- Experience delivering a broad range of multi-channel marketing communications including digital and direct, including email and banner experience
- Understanding of data-driven direct marketing including email, customer segmentation and onsite marketing
- Great communication skills, with the ability to build internal relationships quickly and be seen as a safe pair of hands
- Ability to work simultaneously on multiple projects, keeping relevant stakeholders informed
- Demonstrate flexibility and agile way of working as marketing plans and priorities evolve
- Organised, with an ability to work quickly and efficiently to ensure deadlines are met
- Self-starter with plenty of initiative and drive - approaching projects with creativity and innovation
- Invested in results and demonstration of a can-do attitude
