Responsibilities:
  • Enhance market presence and diversify the product portfolio in the North American market.
  • Develop, execute, and support comprehensive sales and marketing initiatives to strengthen and expand our footprint in the United States and Canada.
  • Lead a local team responsible for overseeing Sales and Account Managers.
  • Strategically plan, monitor, and analyze key performance metrics daily to ensure the team meets targets and KPIs.
  • Provide partners with quantitative results, business insights, and strategic perspectives.
  • Negotiate agreements, contract, overrides, SLA, incentives and marketing campaigns with partners.
  • Oversee annual strategies and initiatives, including setting up quarterly and monthly business reviews, conference calls, sales meetings, and presentations.
  • Identify and prioritize new revenue-generating opportunities by building compelling business cases.
  • Propose innovative solutions and ideas to address client needs effectively.
  • Generate detailed reports and conduct business analyses to evaluate results and pinpoint potential business opportunities.
  • Flexibility to travel for attendance at trade shows, conferences, and sales calls as needed.
  • Reports to: Head of Key Accounts Arm the market and expand the portfolio in designated regoin.
  • Plan and execute the commercial strategy.


Position requirements
  • Market Knowledge: Understanding of the country's travel market, encompassing B2B travel networks such as travel agencies, tour operators, host agencies, OTAs, and consortiums.
  • Personal Skills: Ambitious, proactive, results-oriented, comfortable in fast-paced environments, creative problem-solving.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficient in data-driven decision-making.
  • Tech-savvy with experience using KPIs to track success and drive business initiatives.
  • Ability to excel in a multi-tasked, ever-changing fast-paced environment.
  • Brand Positioning: Skillful in positioning the brand within the travel trade.Demonstrates excellence in problem-solving.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Ability to liaise, influence, and drive action plans at a senior level with both clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English, Spanish proficiency preferred.
  • Based in Florida with the flexibility to work from home.
