Job Description

The Collaboration Service HUB Collaboration offer tools and services to enhance (virtual) collaboration and a culture of information sharing for Deutsche Telekom employees. That’s why we bring together all value streams: from Video Conferencing, Telephony and Chat to the Microsoft 365 world and social collaboration. 


Our Service Hub is searching for a Product Owner. You will be responsible for a set of services (YAM UNITED, YAM-Tube, MIRO and Translation Tool) securing further development and operational stability of this service cluster. These services are used within the whole Deutsche Telekom. YAM UNITED and MIRO are SaaS solutions, although there is a part of YAM UNITED which is developed and operated by DT.

As product owner, you will be closely working together with the product manager of the services, our system architect and an application manager.
Our international team follows agile methods and consists of DevOps engineers, systems engineers and testers.

Your major responsibilities will be:

  • Understanding and transferring the product vision to the team
  • Defining user stories and prioritizing the team’s backlog to streamline the execution of program priorities.
  • Key contact and communication management with our stakeholders both on the internal business side and on the external vendor side.
  • Perform iteration planning, coordinating with the other Product Owners.
  • Leading new release cycles (works council, PSA process, deployment, communication)
  • Driving compliance relevant topics for the new features, in close cooperation with our Security and Privacy Champions
  • Continuously reviewing and validating increments, presenting results to stakeholders
  • Support on creating presentations for key stakeholder and steering committee
  • Alignment with other HUBs when it comes to new features or changes in the offering of other services (like Access4U HUB, or provisioning of mobile App)
