Responsibilities
- Oversee and lead a team of inside sales representatives focused on creating a five-star customer experience, lightning-fast quoting, and supporting our field sales team in reaching new heights.
- Optimize sales processes and bring structure, insight, and a few good ideas to how we sell smarter—not harder.
- Own the quoting and order management process—from pricing and product info to order tracking—with speed and precision.
- Collaborate across teams (sales, marketing, technical wizards) to help onboard clients and keep them delighted.
- Stay sharp on OEM products, rebates, pricing strategies, and more—because knowledge is power (and also profit).
- Manage CRM systems like a boss, ensuring accurate data and valuable reporting insights.
- Respond to and qualify incoming leads—aka welcome the new friends to the party.
- Launch outbound sales campaigns with creativity and charisma that actually gets responses.
- Experience in inside sales, account management, or customer success (3+ years), preferably in the IT or SaaS world.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms like Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
- A working knowledge of OEM sales, distribution quoting, and the magical world of deal registrations.
- Passion for people, problem-solving, and getting things DONE.
- A high level of emotional intelligence, enthusiasm, and the kind of drive that coffee can’t even compete with.
- A sense of humor—we take our work seriously, not ourselves.
- Strong organizational skills (you may or may not color-code your calendar).
