Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Project Coordinator to support our Data Warehouse / Reporting Project implementation. This role combines business analysis and project management skills to support multiple projects, ensuring successful delivery in collaboration with internal teams, clients, and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Execution:
- Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and milestones for data warehouse implementation projects.
- Coordinate resources and support project kick-off meetings to align stakeholders on project objectives.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Business Analysis:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to document requirements for data warehouse projects.
- Conduct analysis and feasibility studies, and work with technical teams to translate business needs into functional specifications.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business objectives.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Maintain strong relationships and communicate effectively with all project stakeholders.
- Facilitate discussions and workshops to ensure collaboration and effective decision-making.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and regular status reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in project coordination or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
- Experience with data warehousing concepts and technologies, including PowerBI and SQL.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Backgrounds in Insurance, Contract Administration, and Finance are preferred.
- Experience in leading IT requirements gathering sessions and reviewing data to pull KPIs.
