Vos missions 

Nous recherchons un(e) stagiaire Data Quality Operations Analyst pour renforcer notre équipe Data quality operations.
Basé(e) au siège de Doctolib à Levallois, vous intégrerez l’équipe B2B master data qui a pour objectif de faciliter, coordonner et piloter les initiatives de qualité des données via trois piliers :
  • Monitoring : suivre l'impact de notre mission et communiquer dessus pour maximiser leur portée
  • Collecte : trouver des solutions innovantes pour améliorer la portée de notre marché
  • Opération : concevoir et exécuter des processus pour maximiser l'efficacité des tâches récurrentes
Vos principales missions seront de :

Soutenir le responsable Data Quality Ops dans la gestion de l'équipe :
  • Soutenir l'équipe et les agents des opérations de données dans leurs tâches quotidiennes
  • Suivre l'impact des opérations de qualité des données sur les KPI de l'équipe.
  • Définir et améliorer les processus de data steward : c'est-à-dire construire des procédures opérationnelles de traitement et la transmettre aux data steward pour une exécution régulière.
  • Développer les opérations de qualité des données : mettre en place des procédures de contrôle de la qualité, surveiller les performances de l'équipe et la vélocité et mettre en place les indicateurs associés
Mener des projets de qualité des données :
  • Analyser/concevoir/construire des solutions pour améliorer la qualité des données et résoudre les problèmes opérationnels soulevés par nos équipes de vente, de marketing et d'exploitation
  • Maximiser l'utilisation et l'efficacité de nos outils concernant les opérations de qualité des données (Salesforces, Demand Tool, Reporting analytics)

Vous pourrez être le prochain membre de notre équipe si vous :
  • Etes à la recherche d'un stage de fin d’étude ou de césure
  • Etes organisé(e) et avez une première expérience professionnelle dans un cabinet de conseil ou sur les domaines Marketing / Sales ops
  • Savez faire preuve de créativité pour trouver des solutions en autonomie
  • Etes force de proposition et vous n’hésitez pas à solliciter les différentes parties prenantes d’un projet
  • Parlez couramment anglais et français (l'allemand/italien est un plus)
Ce serait fantastique si vous:
  • Connaissiez très bien Excel. SQL est un plus
  • Aviez un état d'esprit entrepreneurial avec l'ambition de transformer le secteur de la santé
