Welcome to Mile High Pizza Company doing business as Domino's! Locally owned and operating in Cleveland, Akron, Mansfield, and Columbus, OH. Since the start of 2020, we have grown our number of locations by over 400%! We can do that because we are a people first company. Job Description

We are looking for future managers! Do you want to manage your future?

Join our team and learn the Domino's Way over our 3-week training program. Learn how to assist our customers, deliver a great customer experience, create perfect pizzas, and lead your team. 

Are you looking for a career? 90% of our franchisees started here. Learn to become a General Manager within 3-6 months. 

This is a full-time, hourly position, with overtime available. Oversee all aspects of the restaurant. You may be asked to help at other locations near to your chosen location.

This position is 5 days per week, most weekends.

Qualifications

  • Great positive attitude
  • High Energy
  • Prior experience in Domino's OR prior experience managing people
  • 18+ years of age
  • Good driving record
  • Ability to use MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Good background check
  • Eligible to work in the USA
  • Currently resides near the store location
