About the Role

This is an internal role at Donna, not a client role.

As Donna's founding Recruiting Lead, you'll build and own our entire talent acquisition function from the ground up.

You'll be responsible for developing and executing our recruitment strategy to find exceptional executive assistants and specialized roles in the Philippines, while helping establish Donna as an employer of choice in the region.

This is not a traditional corporate recruiting role – you'll wear multiple hats, combining hands-on recruiting with employer branding and recruitment marketing. With significant autonomy and direct impact on company growth, this role offers a unique opportunity to shape our talent acquisition approach and eventually build out your own team as we scale.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing strategies to offer management, optimizing for candidate experience and efficiency
  • Lead candidate sourcing through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, referral programs, and creative outreach campaigns
  • Conduct initial screening interviews and coordinate the interview process with internal stakeholders
  • Develop and manage our employer brand strategy, including helping create compelling content for our careers page and social media presence
  • Design and implement recruitment marketing campaigns to build awareness and attract top talent in the Philippines
  • Collaborate with our training lead to create and administer skills assessments and evaluation frameworks to ensure consistent, high-quality hiring decisions
  • Build and maintain relationships with professional networks and other talent sources
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve our hiring process and outcomes
  • Deliver a world-class candidate experience with clear communication, a transparent process, and high-touch engagement
  • Work with leadership to forecast hiring needs and develop recruitment plans
  • At least 2 years of experience
  • People management / leadership experience
  • Must have significant overlap with the graveyard shift to coordinate with the North America team (Eastern Time - GMT-5:00)
  • 70,000 - 80,000 PHP per month
