As Donna's founding Recruiting Lead, you'll build and own our entire talent acquisition function from the ground up.
You'll be responsible for developing and executing our recruitment strategy to find exceptional executive assistants and specialized roles in the Philippines, while helping establish Donna as an employer of choice in the region.
This is not a traditional corporate recruiting role – you'll wear multiple hats, combining hands-on recruiting with employer branding and recruitment marketing. With significant autonomy and direct impact on company growth, this role offers a unique opportunity to shape our talent acquisition approach and eventually build out your own team as we scale.
