About the Role
DoorDash is hiring a Real Estate Paralegal to manage a significant portion of our real estate transaction documentation for multiple business units. You’ll have an opportunity to own important matters and serve as an internal point person with our business teams as well as our real estate, facilities and construction teams. You will have wide-ranging responsibilities with ownership of projects and work streams that make an immediate impact. You will report into our Director of Real Estate Legal and will work closely with our Senior Counsel.
You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…
- Prepare and negotiate real estate transaction documents, with guidance and supervision from attorneys, including lease amendments, notices, estoppels and related documentation.
- Prepare and draft internal and external correspondence.
- Own and manage our internal library of form legal documents.
- Design, implement, and maintain various real estate legal resources and processes to increase scale and efficiency.
- Work closely with our Real Estate Legal Team to prioritize legal requests from multiple internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with our Regulatory and Product Counsel and other members of our Legal Team on matters that impact our real estate portfolio.

- You have 4+ years of paralegal or contract management experience at a top-tier firm or in-house, with a focus in commercial real estate.
- You have a Bachelor’s degree.
- You are detail oriented, organized, proactive and personable.

Compensation
The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.
In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. Talk to your recruiter for more information.
