Client Success Managers are dedicated to helping our clients achieve success and advising on best practices for defining, implementing, and realizing client needs and goals. You will become an expert in the Doximity product suite and will partner with internal teams to promote client retention. It will take a strong communicator to be successful in this role.

How you’ll make an impact:

As a Dialer Enterprise Client Success Manager, you’ll ensure a seamless client experience by guiding healthcare IT teams and end-users through the successful launch and adoption of our Dialer Enterprise tool. Your role is key to maintaining client satisfaction and driving agreement renewals.

  • Lead clients through a successful implementation, from onboarding to product configuration and support.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align client needs with internal workflows, ensuring a smooth launch.
  • Conduct kickoff meetings and implementation calls, with a focus on scaled account management for a high-volume client base post-onboarding.
  • Develop and maintain project timelines for both clients and internal teams.
  • Provide training, user documentation, and educational resources in partnership with Marketing.
  • Serve as the internal client advocate, ensuring deadlines and requirements are met.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive product adoption.
  • Track engagement metrics and demonstrate ROI to clients through strategic positioning.
  • Coordinate with Support, Product, and Marketing teams to address client needs and resolve issues proactively.
  • Partner with Relationship Management to facilitate seamless contract renewals.

What we’re looking for:

  • 2+ years of client-facing experience.
  • Strong communication, customer service, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking.
  • Quick learner with problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Process improvement mindset.
  • Experience managing technical implementations, such as SSO integration.

 

Compensation

The US total compensation range for this full-time position is inclusive of salary + equity. Our ranges are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the approximate total target compensation for the position across the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including relevant skills, experience, and education/training. Please note that the compensation listed does not include benefits.
