About The Role:

We’re looking for a Customer Success Specialist to ensure smooth daily operations for our restaurant partners and customers. You’ll monitor communication channels, resolve operational issues, analyze feedback, and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive improvements. If you’re detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Monitor all internal and external communication channels and assign tasks to the appropriate teams promptly.
  • Review and analyze customer reviews to identify "prepit" (preparation and presentation) issues, and collaborate with relevant teams to drive improvements.
  • Ensure that all associated restaurant systems are fully operational to support seamless day-to-day activities.
  • Act as the first line of support for operational issues raised by restaurants or customers.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (operations, technical support, and customer service) to implement enhancements based on customer insights.
  • Maintain clear documentation of identified issues, actions taken, and outcomes.

Required Skills & Abilities:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field (preferably a fresh grad.)
  • 1–2 years of experience in customer success, operations support, or a similar role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to act quickly and decisively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong task management and prioritization abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail when identifying patterns or areas for improvement.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable troubleshooting basic system issues.
  • Experience in the restaurant, or food delivery industry is a plus.
