Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Handle inquiries and provide detailed information about services offered by EcoSure Insurance.
• Resolve client concerns and complaints effectively and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our database.
• Manage appointment bookings and coordinate schedules for client consultations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operational flow.
• Provide support in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the reception area.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
• Proven experience in a guest service or customer-facing role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using office equipment, such as phones, computers, and scheduling software.
• Positive attitude and a genuine desire to help clients succeed.
