The client is a fast-growing CPG business in the UK. They are growing 200% each year and have grown a lot in retail, specifically grocery store sales, this year.

About the position

The Accounts Receivable Specialist plays a vital role in our team, ensuring that we maintain healthy cash flow and strong relationships with our clients. In this position, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing the company’s receivables, handling invoice generation and follow-ups, and fostering positive client communications.

This is a role with a high volume of daily invoicing! We need someone who is detail-oriented and dedicated.

What you will do

Time Zone

●     You will work 9am - 5pm London, UK time.

 Accounts Receivable Specialist

 ●       Generate and send invoices to clients promptly.

●       Maintain accurate records of all accounts receivable transactions.

●       Follow up on overdue invoices and payments in a professional manner.

●       Collaborate with team members to resolve billing discrepancies.

●       Perform weekly reconciliations of accounts receivable ledgers.

●       Prepare regular reports on receivables and communicate with management.

●       Assist in developing effective accounts receivable strategies.

●       Engage with clients to ensure satisfaction and timely payment.

Your experience and education

 ●       Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.

●       2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or finance roles. Grocery and high volume invoicing experience are an asset.

●       Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

●       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

●       Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
