What is this opportunity?
You're a key player on the Product team, reporting to the Head of BI. In this role, you'll collaborate with product managers, developers, and designers to uncover opportunities for improvement and optimization across Eleos Health’s products. You'll also take the lead in shaping our product analytics framework—defining events, creating specifications, evaluating and validating event quality, and turning data into actionable insights. Your work will directly impact how we refine and enhance our products.
Who are you?
- You have 3+ years of experience as a Product Analyst, ideally within SaaS B2B products.
- You are data-driven and passionate about using analytics to enhance user experience and product performance.
- You thrive in cross-functional collaboration, working alongside Product, R&D, and UX teams to create and validate meaningful insights.
- You are highly proficient in SQL and experienced with product analytics tools like Mixpanel, Heap, or Amplitude (Advantage: proficiency in python for data manipulation, analysis and visualization).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and derive actionable insights in the ever-evolving AI landscape.
- You have strong communication skills and can translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
- You have proficiencyin Tableau or similar BI platforms, with the ability to create insightful visualizations and dashboards.
How will you contribute?
- Define and build KPIs and key product metrics to measure success.
- Build dashboards to deliver scalable insights.
- Conduct user behavior analysis to understand how customers interact with our products.
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to enhance overall user satisfaction.
- Evaluate the performance of existing products and features, identifying areas for improvement.
- Help create and refine a framework for product analytics, including creating, specifying, evaluating, and validating event quality.
- Generate actionable insights based on event-driven analyses to support data-driven decision-making.
- Provide business recommendations through effective data visualization and stakeholder presentations.
