Product Executive Intern

Position Overview:
HR Force International is looking for a passionate and proactive Product Executive Intern to join our dynamic team. As an intern, you will assist in various aspects of product management including market research, product development, and performance analysis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to learn and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in conducting market research to identify consumer needs and trends.
• Support the product management team in developing product specifications and documentation.
• Help track product performance and analyze data to recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and development to ensure product alignment.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to new product ideas.
• Assist in creating presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain organized records of product-related documentation.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Marketing, Product Management, or a related field.
• Strong interest in product management and development principles.
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus.
