Job Overview

We’re looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager to take charge of multiple social media accounts across various platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end social media management, including strategy development, content creation (design & editing), scheduling, and performance tracking. While this role is not consistently client-facing, occasional client interactions will be required.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies tailored to different brands and industries.
• Create engaging and visually compelling content, including graphics, short-form videos, and copywriting.
• Schedule and manage posts across multiple social media platforms.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize content and engagement.
• Stay ahead of cultural trends, industry news, and emerging social media best practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align social media initiatives with broader marketing goals.
• Occasionally interface with clients to present strategies and gather insights.

• Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio across various industries.
• Proficiency in design and video editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar.
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling, brand-aligned messaging.
• Deep understanding of platform-specific trends and best practices (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
• Ability to track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Later, Buffer, Hootsuite).
• Comfortable with occasional client-facing interactions.

• Client Relationship: You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.

• Payment: All payments for your services will be handled directly by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will go directly to you.
• Vacation Leaves and Holidays: While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the client's discretion. You are expected to align your schedule with the client's business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.

Salary: $1000 - $1200 / month
