Position Overview:

Are you a data-driven marketer with a love for creativity,sustainability, and size-inclusive fashion? Printfresh is looking for a Senior Paid Media Manager to lead our performance marketing strategy across search, social, and affiliate channels. In this role, you'll own the full paid media landscape—building campaigns, testing creative ideas, and analyzing results to help us grow.

This role reports to the Sr. Director of Marketing and offers competitive compensation including base salary, company perks, and benefits. The Printfresh Marketing department is on a hybrid schedule, typically working from home Monday and Friday and in-office Tuesday through Thursday.

Key Responsibilities:

Channel Management & Strategy

  • Own paid search campaigns across Google and Bing, including campaign structure, bidding strategies, and feed optimization.
  • Lead paid social strategy and execution across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest. 
  • Manage affiliate channels using the CJ platform and ensure affiliate partnerships and programs are aligned with the standards of the brand.
  • Build cross-channel strategies that maximize efficiency while scaling revenue
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad content.
  • Maintain and optimize product feeds for shopping campaigns.
  • Regularly review merchandising inventory reports and adjust media programs based on sell-through, restocks, and upcoming releases.

Analytics & Testing

  • Design and execute testing programs including A/B, incrementality, and holdout tests to validate effectiveness of media
  • Ability to assess paid media performance against metrics that align with campaign objectives
  • Build data visualizations and reports that surface actionable insights
  • Monitor performance metrics and make data-driven optimizations
  • Forecast and manage multi-channel media budgets
  • Regularly review multi-touch attribution models to understand cross-channel impact

  • 5+ years managing paid digital marketing campaigns
  • Experience in fashion/apparel industry strongly preferred
  • Expert knowledge of paid search, shopping, and social platforms
  • Strong proficiency in analytics and data visualization tools
  • Deep understanding of creative's role in performance marketing
  • Proven track record designing and executing marketing tests
  • Experience managing marketing budgets upwards of $5M
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
