e.l.f. Beauty is looking for an energetic eCommerce Assistant to join our digital e-Commerce marketing team working closely with our Retail Dotcom and Ecommerce department.

This eCommerce Assistant position will assist with the implementation of retail dotcom site and digital content for e.l.f. Cosmetics and e.l.f. SKIN. This position will support the team with online retail site appearance, resulting in an increase in consumer engagement and sales performance.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about beauty and help turn insights into action. This candidate should be highly proficient in Excel with data entry experience. If you have relevant experience working on a retail or e-commerce brand assisting in site merchandising that is a plus.

• Online product set up with retailers across both UK & EU.
• Contribute to retail site appearance by implementing changes that improve online assets
• Optimize existing content including product display page copy, and product images to improve organic performance

• Proficient in Excel
• Strong English writing and oral communication skills
• Relevant experience working in site merchandising on a retail, e-commerce and/or consumer products brand 

• Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills, deadline-driven
• Comfortable working in a collaborative manner
