Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with empathy and professionalism
• Schedule and manage appointments for clients with therapists
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and appointments
• Provide information about our services and assist clients with the intake process
• Collaborate with therapists and other staff to ensure a seamless client experience
• Engage in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills
• Promote a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the clinic

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare or mental health setting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
• Empathetic demeanor and a passion for helping others
• Proficiency with office software and scheduling tools
