As we expand our creative team, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Finance Executive to join our Singapore Studio.
Who are we looking for:
As a Senior Account Manager at Elmwood, you will be at the heart of client partnerships, managing your own projects and developing a deep understanding of our clients’ businesses. Acting as the primary point of contact, you will ensure the delivery of insightful, high-quality work, collaborating closely with the Group Account Director and a talented team of designers and strategists.

What you will do:
Project Delivery
- Lead effective briefing sessions, ensuring clear, actionable insights for the team.
- Deliver creative, impactful projects that meet client objectives on time and within budget, while applying problem-solving skills when needed.
- Partner with Design Teams to ensure that creative solutions align with client briefs.
- Work closely with provocation, creative teams, and external partners to ensure all work is on-strategy and achieves the intended creative outcomes.
- Track and measure project effectiveness, collaborating with the Account Director to define success metrics.
- Champion internal systems, processes, and financial tools, ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines.
- Participate in weekly planning and forecasting meetings, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Document project learnings and outcomes through post-project reviews ("washups").
Client & Team Relationships
- Own project deliverables from the client's perspective, ensuring satisfaction at every stage.
- Cultivate and maintain positive, long-lasting relationships with key client stakeholders, colleagues, and external suppliers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client relationships, contributing to growth.
- Mentor and support the development of junior team members, sharing knowledge and expertise.
Strategic Thinking & Learning
- Gain a deep understanding of the client’s business and sector, enabling strategic conversations and value-added insights, with support from the provocation team.
- Continuously enhance your knowledge of Elmwood's systems, processes, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with teams across the group to proactively service clients with creativity, insight, and commercial awareness.
- Support the growth and learning of more junior colleagues, contributing to the team's overall success.
Relationships:
- Owning the project and its deliverables from the client’s perspective.
- Cultivating positive and sustainable relationships with key client influencers and decision makers, colleagues and key suppliers.
- Identifying new business opportunities with your existing clients drives the successful conversion process.
- Instrumental in the development of more junior team members.
Thinking broader:
- Understanding the client’s business, their sector, and developing good commercial knowledge, able to hold strategic conversations (with the support of the provocation team).
- Continual learning about our systems, processes and insights.
- Working across the group to service clients proactively, creatively and with a clear knowledge of their business.
- Supporting the learning and development of more junior colleagues.
What you have done:
- Strong experience in Packaging Design (2D graphics and 3D structural design is preferred).
- Clear, concise communicator with excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills in English
- Ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams simultaneously.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Professional writing tone, style, and email etiquette.
- A strong desire to listen, learn, and grow within a dynamic, sometimes unstructured environment.
- A passion for creativity, innovation, and delivering outstanding work.
- High sense of responsibility and commitment to the role.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project timeline management applications.
- Educational background in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
