Sales Operations Support Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Operations Support Representative to join our sales team. The Sales Support Representative will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our sales efforts by providing operational support to our sales team and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the sales team, assisting with day to day questions and requests. 
• Respond to customer inquiries via text messages, WhatsApp and email, offering exceptional customer service and assistance with enrollments when needed.
• Handle incoming customer calls, addressing questions and concerns effectively.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in CRM systems and other databases, providing regular checks for the sales team.
• Stay updated on new course offerings to better assist the team and customers.
• Assist with day-to-day operational tasks to support the team and ensure smooth workflows.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure smooth sales operations.
• Preparing materials for the new course launches.
• Constantly improving processes for the sales team offering optimizations/automatizations  to ensure effective performance.

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role.
• Excellent phone and email communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with a CRM system is preferred.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, self-starter, and team player.
