The Email & Web Personalization Specialist will be responsible for creating and implementing personalized email and web experiences that enhance user engagement and drive conversions through targeted marketing campaigns.

• 3+ years of experience in email marketing, digital marketing, or personalization.
• Strong understanding of data analytics and segmentation techniques.
• Experience with email marketing platforms and website personalization tools.
• Excellent analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
