The Performance Marketing Manager (Email & CRM) will be responsible for driving growth through effective email and CRM marketing strategies, focusing on performance metrics and ROI to optimize campaigns aimed at customer acquisition and retention.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement performance-driven email and CRM campaigns to meet customer acquisition and retention goals.
• Analyze data and performance metrics to identify trends, optimize funnels, and improve campaign effectiveness.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing channels.
• Utilize A/B testing and segmentation strategies to enhance campaign targeting and personalization.
• Report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing or digital marketing with a focus on email and CRM.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience in A/B testing and data analysis.
• Proficient in marketing automation and CRM platforms.
